Welcome one and all to the new biking season. We look forward to some good ride outs and test passes from our associates this year. Most of all we look forward to enjoying our riding and as ever, improving our skill as advanced riders.

The new calendar of events is currently being finalised and will be distributed to all in the group over the next couple of weeks. The calendar will also be posted and updated on this site so that any additional events are advertised well in advance. We have included Saturday ride outs this year on a trial basis. Hopefully we will be seeing those people who cannot make the Sunday events.

The list of events is not definitive and if anyone has an event they think people would like to go to, just let me know and I will try and get it sorted out for you. We have already had some very good suggestions including the Welsh Rally in May and the English National Rally in July. For those who would like a trip to Buxton in May there is also the Fine Food Fair at the Pavillion Gardens on the Saturday the 9th. Details of this event will be posted here in the next few weeks.

This year we will endeavour to make sure that associates get the best possible training from our well qualified and volunteer observers. We have a new crop of observers who will begin their training this year and are happy to welcome the new associates who joined us over the winter.
